Strategic Partners

Multi-year collaborations, co-development agreements, and strategic alliances with top-tier pharmaceutical companies and leading biotech innovators across the US and Europe

Business partnership meeting at Calivanta BioPharma

Partnership

At Calivanta BioPharma, partnerships are strategic alliances that advance our proprietary pipeline alongside our partners' programs. Our model is built on multi-year platform co-development, milestone-based research contracts, and shared IP frameworks that align our success with our partners' therapeutic outcomes.

We currently have active partnerships with multiple pharma and biotech organizations across three continents. Our collaborations range from fully integrated licenses with leading pharma companies to targeted pilot programs with emerging biotech innovators. Every partnership is governed by a joint steering committee with quarterly business reviews.

Our partnership philosophy rests on four pillars: (1) deep technical integration with partner data systems and workflows; (2) regulatory-aligned delivery supporting FDA and EMA submission timelines; (3) flexible commercial structures including licensing, milestone payments, and success-based fees; and (4) uncompromising data security with partner-specific access controls and data residency compliance.

Active Collaborations &

Top-Tier Global Pharmaceutical Companies

Our partnerships are with top-tier global pharmaceutical organizations headquartered in the US and Europe. These co-development agreements span oncology, immunology, and rare disease indications. One partnership with a leading global oncology-focused pharmaceutical firm — ranked among the top-tier by annual R&D expenditure — has produced three co-developed biomarker panels currently in early-stage development..

Another collaboration with a European biopharma company focuses on IO drug development. Under this agreement, our ImmunoScope platform provides comprehensive immune profiling for a next-gen checkpoint inhibitor program, with real-time biomarker monitoring across multiple US and EU clinical sites. The partnership has yielded predictive biomarker signatures for treatment response, with a manuscript in preparation.

Emerging Biotechnology Innovators

We partner with emerging biotech firms developing novel modalities including CAR-T therapies, bispecific antibodies, and targeted protein degradation platforms. These engagements typically start with focused pilot programs that demonstrate platform value before expanding into multi-year research contracts. One current partnership with a venture-backed biotech developing allogeneic CAR-T therapies uses CaliOmics to identify optimal patient stratification markers, directly supporting their preclinical development and investor due diligence.

Our flexible model lets emerging biotechs access enterprise-grade discovery platforms without the CapEx of building in-house computational biology teams. We provide technical due diligence support for financing rounds, with our platform outputs and validation data frequently cited in partner investor presentations and regulatory filings.

CROs & Academic Medical Centers

We maintain white-label partnerships with CROs serving the pharmaceutical industry, licensing our bioinformatics pipelines for integration into their offerings. These partnerships include training, certification, and ongoing QA support, enabling CROs to offer CaliOmics-powered target discovery and TherAlign biomarker analytics under their own brand.

With leading academic medical centers in the US and Europe, we collaborate on translational research programs supported by government grants and institutional funding. One ongoing collaboration with a major US academic medical center combines our analytics with their clinical biobank to identify novel therapeutic targets in rare autoimmune diseases.

Partnership Milestones & Achievements

ImmunoScope expanded from an initial pilot with one partner to three active pharma partnerships, supporting checkpoint inhibitor and CAR-T development programs.

Real-World Evidence Integration

ClinicalConnect integrated claims and EHR data from substantial patient volumes to support a partner's Phase III trial design, improving enrollment efficiency and refining the primary endpoint.

Regulatory Submission Support

Provided FDA and EMA biomarker qualification packages for precision medicine programs, with submissions accepted for regulatory review.

Platform Accuracy Validation

PathwayPredict achieved strong accuracy in retrospective off-target liability prediction, validated against a comprehensive reference database.

Global Partnership Expansion

Active partnerships expanded across three continents, with new agreements in the US, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
